Scheduling Your Picture Day
You will work with our operations management team to schedule your picture day. We will obtain details such as number of kids being photographed as well as any special needs you may have.

The Big Event- PICTURE DAY!
We will continue to coordinate with you between booking your session and picture day.
Our photographers show up ready to work! They coordinate with your administrative team to flow through the day as well as accommodate any special requests.
Picture Viewing
After picture day, a member of our team is scheduled to come to your school or childcare center with picture proofs for parents to look at and order from. We work hard to create a no-pressure environment that is centered around providing excellent service to your parents.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
After picture viewing, our service team processes all orders and facilitates printing, and pictures are shipped directly to your organization unless otherwise specified.
We work hard to process and ship all orders within two weeks of receiving them in the office.
Ongoing Customer Service
We provide ongoing customer service all year long, and parents are able to request proofs from previous shoots as well as order additional prints and products online.
Our office is open year- round to help support your organization and provide assistance to your parents.
