After receiving your order in our office, we process and ship your order within two weeks. If pictures were purchased at the school, they will be delivered to the school, which will let you know when they are ready to be picked up. If you purchased your pictures online at a later date, they will be mailed directly to you. Please note that a $4.95 shipping and handling charge is applied to online orders with physical prints and products

Yes! Please fill out this request for proofs form and we will send you a copy of your pictures so that you can decide what you would like to order.

You can order extra prints at any time. If you have your proofs or know what the description is of the photo you want, please go to order pictures. If you are not sure, please fill out this request for proofs form and we will send you a copy of your child’s photos that you can order from. If you are looking for an a la carte option, please contact our service team and they will be happy to assist you!

We do! TRaditions coordinates with the school director to photograph siblings together. The portfolio will consist of both individual photos and photos of children together.

On picture viewing day we can accept cash, checks, and all debit/credit cards. We are also able to take Apple pay if you have it connected to your mobile phone.

If you are ordering online, we take any of the major credit cards and all debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Graduation and Daycare packages offer different options, so you will need to choose each package separately. However, you can add them both to your shopping cart and complete the checkout process in one transaction.

When you purchase a digital download, you have the ability to keep the pictures you order in perpetuity. You also receive the copyright digital release, allowing you to print as many prints as you wish. You are also able to share this digital file with family and friends.

For Our Modern Package: You will receive a digital download via provided email address and a cd if requested. If ordered at the school and a cd is requested, it will be sent to the school for pick up. If a cd is ordered/requested online, it will be shipped to the address given.

For All Other Digital Packages: You will receive a digital download via provided email address unless you specifically request a cd. Please note that if you request a cd you will not receive a digital download via email.

All digital downloads are delivered via “We Transfer” and will arrive in your inbox within two weeks of picture day. We recommend downloading the pictures to your computer or storage device, as WeTransfer is NOT storage and the link will expire within 12 months.
